This Privacy Policy explains how Heurigenfinder ("we", "our", or "the app"), operated by Ernst Grasl, handles your information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

Heurigenfinder is a private, non-commercial app. We collect as little data as possible. Here is a summary of what we collect and why:

We do not collect:
- Financial or payment data
- Health or fitness data
- Browsing history or search history
- Contacts, messages, or media
- Sensitive personal information
4. Location Data
The app may request access to your device's location ("When In Use") to calculate distances between you and nearby wine taverns. Your location is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can deny or revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings without affecting core app functionality.
5. Push Notifications
If you opt in to push notifications, Apple assigns your device an anonymized push token. This token is stored securely and is used solely to send you notifications about your favorite taverns. It is deleted automatically when you disable notifications or delete your account.

We do not use any third-party advertising SDKs or analytics trackers.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Your account data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app under Settings → Delete Account. We will process deletion requests immediately.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your Rights (GDPR)
